Our Story

At Cervid Labs, our story begins long before a supplement reaches a bottle.

As the owners and operators of Noble Elk Farm in Southern Wisconsin, we spend every day caring for and managing our elk herd. Through years of hands-on experience, we witnessed growing demand for elk velvet antler products across the United States. At the same time, we noticed a major problem within the industry—most velvet antler products were sourced from overseas with little transparency regarding the animals, farms, or processing methods behind the final product.

We believed there was a better way.

Cervid Labs was founded with a vision to build the domestic velvet antler industry and provide a true farm-to-bottle solution. Our mission is simple: produce premium elk-derived products with complete transparency, full traceability, and uncompromising quality from start to finish.

As a Marine Corps Veteran-Owned company, we believe in hard work, accountability, and doing things the right way. We are out in the pastures with our elk every day, giving us a firsthand understanding of velvet antler production that cannot be replicated through brokers, distributors, or outsourced supply chains.

Unlike companies that rely solely on third-party suppliers, Cervid Labs understands every step of the process—from identifying premium Grade A velvet harvested at the optimal stage of growth to freeze-drying, milling, particle size reduction, encapsulation, packaging, labeling, and order fulfillment. We maintain control throughout the entire process to ensure consistency, quality, and transparency.

Happy Herd, Happy Life 

The number one priority on our elk farm is animal well-being. Our animals are in a calm and low stress environment, which is very important to overall herd health. The elk graze on hundreds of acres of pasture and alfalfa.

They are supplemented with all the basic minerals and nutrients elk need for optimum nutrition. We never use any hormones or antibiotics on our herd. The velvet harvesting process is a painless and harm-free process. Our elk herd supports our business, so they are treated with the most respect and truly live a very happy and whole life.
