Our Process
Sourcing with Integrity
Our process begins at the source — the elk farm. We only use raw velvet antler harvested from our own herd or trusted U.S. elk farms. By paying farmers a fair price for this rapidly growing commodity, we support local agriculture while ensuring complete traceability. Velvet antler can only be harvested once a year during its unique growth stage, making quality sourcing essential.
Preserving Nutrients with Freeze-Drying
Immediately after harvest, we preserve the antler using advanced freeze-drying methods. While more time-intensive and costly, freeze-drying locks in the 400+ active nutrients and minerals found in velvet antler. This process delivers a more potent, higher-quality supplement compared to less effective drying techniques used elsewhere.
Grinding & Particle Processing
Once dried, the velvet antler is carefully crushed, ground, and sifted into a fine powder. Particle size reduction is a key step that ensures consistency and prepares the product for encapsulation.
Encapsulation & Packaging Under One Roof
Finally, the velvet antler powder is encapsulated, bottled, and packaged — all in-house. By keeping every stage of production under one roof, we maintain strict quality control and deliver a finished product you can trust.
