We know exactly where every antler comes from, how every elk is raised, and how every harvest is performed. All velvet antler is sourced from CWD-free and TB-free herds that are pasture-raised in low-stress environments with a focus on animal welfare and responsible herd management.

Freeze-Drying for Superior Quality
At Cervid Labs, we exclusively use freeze-drying to process our elk velvet antler. While more costly and time-intensive than traditional methods, freeze-drying is the most effective ways to preserve the naturally occurring peptides, proteins, amino acids, minerals, and bioactive compounds found in premium elk velvet antler.
Many imported velvet antler products are processed using heat-drying or spray-drying methods. Our low-temperature freeze-drying process helps maintain the integrity of the velvet antler from harvest through finished product.
Precision Milling & Powder Processing
After freeze-drying, our elk velvet antler is carefully milled into a fine, consistent powder to ensure quality and uniformity in every batch. Proper particle size reduction helps create a premium elk velvet antler powder that is ideal for capsules, extracts, and specialty formulations.
By controlling the milling process in-house, Cervid Labs maintains the integrity of our freeze-dried velvet antler while delivering consistent quality from farm to bottle.
